If you’re like me, you have a favorite spot in the house to knit. Mine is on the couch right in front of the fireplace. The only thing that makes my knitting spot even cozier is to be wrapped up under a chunky blanket. Enter the Cozy Cable Throw — a super soft, heavyweight personal sized throw. I’ve been a fan of Thick & Quick by Lion Brand Yarn for years and was thrilled to try their new Re-Spun version made of 100% recycled polyester. This project takes just 4 balls of this new fiber and works up quickly. NEEDLES: US 13 (9mm) 40” circular knitting needles (or size to obtain
gauge)
YARN: Super Bulky Weight - 815 yds (745 m)
Suggested Yarn: Re-Spun Thick & Quick® Yarn - 100% recycled
polyester; 223 yds (204 m) / 340g [4 balls]

NOTIONS: Cable needle, tapestry needle, scissors

GAUGE: 4” x 4” / 10 cm x 10 cm
9 sts x 16 rows in garter stitch pattern
12 sts x 13 rows in cable stitch pattern

Approximately 36” wide x 50” long
